We ship primarily by regular USPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date shipped.

Non-Damaged Returns

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may return the item for a refund. Non-damaged returns will only be accepted within 10 days from the date on the invoice, after 10 days returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that we will charge a 20% restocking fee for non-damaged returns, and the customer is responsible for mailing back the return as well as return shipping and handling charges.



Damaged Returns

Customers who receive items that arrive damaged, or receive a manufacture damage item may return the damaged item for store credit or a refund to their credit card depending on the method of payment. Damaged items will only be accepted within 10 days from the date on the invoice, after 10 days returns will NOT be accepted. In order to issue a damaged return the customer must contact us. After we have received the damaged item with a copy of the invoice we will gladly issue a store credit.
